Dr. Krystal Rampalli
Dr. Krystal Rampalli is a Postdoctoral Research Associate with the Drivers of Food Choice Program in the Department of Health Promotion, Education and Behavior at the University of South Carolina's Arnold School of Public Health, USA. She is interested in adolescent health and nutrition, health communication, policy and advocacy, food choice, and non-communicable disease research in low and middle-income countries experiencing rapidly changing food environments. Krystal has experience working with governmental, non-governmental, and private sector organizations in Zambia and India. Recently, she was a research assistant for the MEALS4NCDs Project and was based in Ghana. Krystal holds a B.S. in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, an M.P.H. in Environmental Health Sciences from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, and a Ph.D. in Health Promotion, Education, and Behavior from the University of South Carolina's Arnold School of Public Health.
